Our "Display Drivers" start with a base pay of $10 (for the first month) and pay is increased by $10 each month after that (up to $50).
Additional income (bonus pay) is also awarded through a performance based incentive program.
A 10% Finder's Fee (bonus) is paid (per referral) to ANY "Display Driver" that refers a customer to CTC for their advertising and marketing needs. After 20, completed, referrals the "Display Driver" recieves a promotion to the title of "Sales Representative" and is paid a 20% Finder's Fee (bonus) - (per referral) after that.
After working at CTC for 1 year "Sales Representatives" are eligible for a promotion to the title of "Sales Associate" where they can earn up to a 50% commission on ANY and ALL sales that they initiate and generate.
A RECRUITING BONUS is paid for every new person that works at CTC as a result of your referral. Tell your friends, family, and strangers too!
If you leave the company and decide to return at a later date your position status and pay rate will be maintained. You never lose it!
Our initial training seminar consists of two or three sessions. Representatives learn to arrange appointments, talk with potential customers, explain our products, answer questions, write up orders and ask for recommendations.
Our outstanding training and development programs, which allow motivated young people to learn the necessary "Skills for Life" to succeed at a high level, whatever their dreams may be.
Our "promote from within" policy means that all of our office managers started as representatives. Those who demonstrate the personal and professional characteristics that CTC seeks in its management team are invited to train as management candidates.
While pursuing their degree, most candidates are able to simultaneously gain management experience through involvement in weekly meetings, training, and office activities.
After a contractor has worked as a "Sales Associate" at CTC for 1 year they are eligible to work in a management position.
The best candidates may be offered a career opportunity as a manager with CTC.
