Extra Income

Our "Display Drivers" start with a base pay of $10 (for the first month) and pay is increased by $10 each month after that (up to $50).
Additional income (bonus pay) is also awarded through a performance based incentive program.
A 10% Finder's Fee (bonus) is paid (per referral) to ANY "Display Driver" that refers a customer to CTC for their advertising and marketing needs. After 20, completed, referrals the "Display Driver" recieves a promotion to the title of "Sales Representative" and is paid a 20% Finder's Fee (bonus) - (per referral) after that.
After working at CTC for 1 year "Sales Representatives" are eligible for a promotion to the title of "Sales Associate" where they can earn up to a 50% commission on ANY and ALL sales that they initiate and generate.
- After 100 sales have been completed as a"Sales Associate" contractors will receive 1 FREE Basic (level 1) car wash per month.
- After 200 sales have been completed as a"Sales Associate" contractors will receive 1 FREE Premium (level 2) car wash per month.
- After 300 sales have been completed as a"Sales Associate" contractors will receive 1 FREE Ultra Deluxe (level 3) car wash per month.
- After 400 sales have been completed as a"Sales Associate" contractors will receive 1 FREE Super Premium (level 4) car wash per month.
- After 500 sales have been completed as a"Sales Associate"contractors will receive 1 FREE Mega Tyoon (level 5) car wash per month.

Quality Training
Our initial training seminar consists of two or three sessions. Representatives learn to arrange appointments, talk with potential customers, explain our products, answer questions, write up orders and ask for recommendations.

Career Opportunities
Our "promote from within" policy means that all of our office managers started as representatives. Those who demonstrate the personal and professional characteristics that CTC seeks in its management team are invited to train as management candidates.
While pursuing their degree, most candidates are able to simultaneously gain management experience through involvement in weekly meetings, training, and office activities.
After a contractor has worked as a "Sales Associate" at CTC for 1 year they are eligible to work in a management position.
